CM Mohan Yadav will inaugurate Anuguj from Bhopal tomorrow, students will show their skills

Bhopal News: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will inaugurate ‘Anugoonj’ tomorrow on 28th October at Government Subhash Excellent School in Bhopal. In this cultural program, 500 students of government schools will perform classical dance and drama.

Bhopal: The cultural program “Anugoonj”, organized by the School Education Department with the participation of students of government schools, will be organized on Tuesday 28th October at Government Subhash Utkrisht Vidyalaya, Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal from 5:30 pm. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will be the chief guest of the program. Tribal Welfare Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah and School Education and Transport Minister Uday Pratap Singh will be present as special guests in the program.

Anugunj’s first part ‘Dhanak’ will be shown in Bhopal

Under the first part of Anugoonj ‘Dhanak’, along with instrumental music, there will be captivating presentations of various classical dances of India like Odissi, Bharatnatyam, Kathak and Manipuri dance etc. Under the second part of the program ‘Rangkar’, the play ‘Taana Bana Toot Na Jaye’ is being staged by the students. The students participating in the program have prepared themselves for these presentations in a short period of one month. With self-discipline, dedication, enthusiasm and zeal, about 500 students of government schools from different areas of the state including Bhopal have made an effort to give new steps to their expression in Angunj. To shape the concept of Anugunj, the School Education Department has appointed nationally and internationally renowned theater artists and artists of the state as mentors. These mentors, as skilled guides, have made the students proficient in various arts for this particular program and also for the future.

A creative effort by the School Education Department

It is noteworthy that Anugoonj Samaroh is a creative effort of the School Education Department which focuses on the creative and all-round development of students along with their education. To guide the students, nationally and internationally renowned artists of the state are guiding the students. These include renowned musician Morris Lazarus, internationally renowned dance guru of Odissi dance Bindu Juneja, top dance guru of Bharatnatyam style Bharati Hombal, renowned Kathak dance guru Padmaja Raghuvanshi and renowned acharyas of Manipuri dance style and National and internationally renowned dance teacher M.K. Top art minds like Hojaingamba Singh, renowned theater director Saadat Bharti as well as renowned stage director Vinay Upadhyay are included. To realize these presentations based on the concept of Ek Bharat-Shrestha Bharat, a huge stage for showcasing various demonstrative cultural productions of the country has been constructed on the model of Mahakal Lok of the city of Mahakal, Ujjain.
