Give a new twist to bottle gourd… make these things, everyone will like it

Whenever it comes to healthy food, the name of bottle gourd definitely comes in it. Fiber, Vitamin C and many nutrients are found in it and it is low in calories. Therefore it is beneficial for health. Water is found in good quantity in it, which helps in keeping the body hydrated. Its nature is cold, hence consuming it provides coolness to the body. You can make bottle gourd vegetable or include it in your diet in many ways. Most people like to eat it as a vegetable.

If bottle gourd is prepared with less spices and oil, then it is more beneficial for health. But there is no taste in eating vegetables cooked with less spices, so you can make them a part of your diet in different ways. Which can be beneficial for your health in many ways.

You can make bottle gourd chutney and include it in your diet. To make this, peel the bottle gourd and cut it into pieces. Now put chopped bottle gourd, a little turmeric, salt and water as per requirement in the cooker, cover it with a lid and keep it to heat on low flame. Turn off the gas after one whistle. After the cooker cools down, drain out all the water from the bottle gourd. Now mash it well with the help of a spoon or churner. Now take garlic cloves and put them in the mixer and grind them.

After this, heat some oil in a pan. Add garlic in it and fry it till it turns golden, now add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt as per requirement. Mix it and after frying for a few seconds, mash it with the help of a ladle. Now cook the gourd while stirring. After the water dries, turn off the gas. Take bottle gourd chutney is ready. But use spices and oil very less.

gourd juice

Bottle gourd juice can be beneficial for health in many ways. To make this, peel the bottle gourd and chop it finely. Now add bottle gourd, mint leaves, ginger, cumin powder, black pepper powder and black salt and mix. All these should be consumed in small quantities. You can also use just bottle gourd, mint leaves, cumin and lemon juice.
