Dharmendra’s ‘Fauji’ was directed by Lawrence D’Souza, director of films like ‘Saajan’ and ‘Dil Ka Kya Kasoor’. Apart from Dharmendra, actors like Raj Babbar, Farah, Sonu Walia, Raja Murad and Kiran Kumar played important roles in the film. According to Box Office India report, this film was made for approximately Rs 1.25 crore, while it could earn only Rs 1.16 crore worldwide. That means the film was a disaster.
