What kind of insult? The hill body claims that sex with the dead body, the tendency of sexual intercourse has increased overnight. From Asia to Europe and Africa, the tendency to distort the dead body everywhere has increased. Where are these incidents happening? Simply put, everywhere – everywhere. Sometimes in the battlefield, sometimes in ethnic conflict and even in families.

The same is happening everywhere-Russia-Ukraine War, Libya, Pak-Baluch Conflict, and Mexican Drug Conflict. Now there is also a demand to legally recognize sex with the dead body. In 2012, a law in this subject was passed by Egypt. Since then, this demand has also arisen in 6 Muslim -dominated countries and the pressure on these countries is increasing.

Even it cannot be called sexual abuse. The Division Bench also recommended amendment in the law on the issue. A group of social workers and lawyers have been demanding a change in this law for many years. It has also been discussed repeatedly in Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha, but no concrete steps were taken on it. There is no possibility of making a new law or amending the law.
