It is an entry-level lineup that will specifically target young customers like Gen Z, who want strong performance at a low price. This phone will be available on Amazon India, OnePlus’ official online store and offline stores.
The launch of the N series is a big step for OnePlus to further strengthen its hold in the Indian market. The company intends to create a three-level product structure: N series for the entry-level, Nord series for the mid-range and Flagship series for the premium category. This move is expected to make the competition even tougher in the sub-Rs 25,000 smartphone segment.
What can be special in OnePlus N6?
Although, not much information has been revealed about the exact specifications of the phone, but some idea has been definitely received from the company’s teasers and leaks. It is being said that its design could be similar to the recently launched Nord CE6, with a flat back and frame along with a square module for the dual-camera setup at the back. Talking about colors, it can come in black and light green, some reports also claim blue color.
In terms of design, the OnePlus N6 may feature a flat display and a punch-hole cutout at the center for the selfie camera. Leaks indicate that it will feature a 6.78-inch full 1.5K OLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate. This phone can be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Super processor and will run on OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16.
Price and Positioning
According to rumors, OnePlus N6 will be a budget smartphone and its price could be less than Rs 20,000 or say between Rs 18,000 to Rs 25,000. This price will help OnePlus to woo budget-conscious customers. The N6 is primarily focused on Gen Z customers. Ford, vice president of OnePlus India, said its marketing approach will be based on “honest and sharp storytelling” through short videos and organic social media campaigns.

OnePlus N6 will launch in India on June 30, 2026 at 12 noon. Immediately after the launch, it can be purchased from online platforms like Amazon.in and OnePlus India’s official website as well as offline retail stores. ‘N’ in the name of the series stands for New, Neo and Never Off, which means that this phone is designed for long battery life and everyday use. This new series will give tough competition to the existing models of companies like iQOO and Samsung in the sub-Rs 25,000 segment.
