Muzaffarpur Land Scam: A shocking incident has come to light from Muzaffarpur in Bihar, 90 -year -old Rajnarayan Thakur was declared ‘dead’ in the registry records despite being alive and his own son cheated and sold land in his name.

Bihar News: A shocking case has come to light from Muzaffarpur in Bihar, where 90 -year -old Rajnarayan Thakur, a resident of Veerpur village in Kanti police station area, reached DM office on Monday and warned the administration by telling a sensational story of selling his land. His youngest son declared him ‘late’ and registered and sold property worth lakhs of rupees while alive.

Received dead in registered record

Rajnarayan reached the police station and lodged a report of the case. He also informed that on July 29 in the Motipur Registry Office, in front of the buyer’s documents, ‘late Rajnarayan Thakur’ was recorded in the registry records of his name. Because of this, the deal of this property was completed without their consent or signature. The elderly clarified that they have not made any deal of land and this is completely fraud.

Rajnarayan’s five sons, no one takes care

Rajnarayan has five sons in this case, but none of them stays with him nor takes care of him. They allege that the son secretly sells the land and as long as the relatives get the news, the deal is settled. Let us tell you that the elderly has pleaded with DM Subrata Kumar Sen. He has demanded that the registry be immediately canceled and returned their land and strict action should be taken against the guilty son. At the same time, he also said that if it is possible to distribute the land between all his sons with consent on the stamp of hundred rupees, then he is ready for this process.

Legal action against son

At the same time, the District Magistrate has ordered Motipur CO and Fatehpur police station to investigate the matter and also sought a report. He suggested to the elderly that property distribution is possible with legal consent, but legal action will also be ensured against the son concerned in the fraud case. There is a wave of both anger and sympathy among the villagers and nearby villagers. The villagers have sought suggestions from the administration that the verification process of the elderly and women signators should be strictly done in such cases so that there are no such misconceptions in the future. In the coming time, discussions on the land registration process at the local administration level and the need to improve the system of document verification of the elderly may be intensified.
