Raipur. Chief Secretary of Chhattisgarh, Shri Vikassheel, in a program organized at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan, presented appreciation letters for the month of May to the officers and employees for quick and effective execution of files through e-office and being present in the office on time. On this occasion, he appealed to all the ministerial officers and employees to ensure better work performance by making maximum use of the e-office system.
The Chief Secretary said that effective use of e-office is necessary to strengthen digital governance. He also instructed all the employees to reach office on time and further improve the work culture. Congratulating the officers and employees who performed excellently in the program, he appreciated their efforts.
E-Office Ranking: Home Department at first, Social Welfare at second and General Administration at third place.
On the basis of excellent operation of e-office at the departmental level and effective disposal of files, the Home Department got the first place. Social Welfare Department stood second and General Administration Department stood third. For this achievement, Principal Secretary of Social Welfare Department, Mrs. Shehla Nigar, Secretary of Home Department, Mrs. Neha Champawat and Secretary of General Administration Department, Mr. Rajat Kumar received appreciation letters.
Departmental secretaries also received e-office excellence award
Departmental secretaries who did excellent work on e-office were also honoured. Shri Rajat Kumar, Secretary, General Administration Department and Industry and Commerce Department, got the first place for best file execution. Mrs. Sushma Sawant, Principal Secretary, Law and Legislative Affairs Department, was awarded the second position, while Mr. Himshikhar Gupta, Secretary, Home and Labor Department, was awarded the third position.
Joint Secretary Category: These officers performed brilliantly in the Joint Secretary category.
In the Joint Secretary category, Joint Secretary of Scheduled Tribe Development Department, Shri Anupam Trivedi got the first position. Shri Bhupendra Kumar Rajput of the same department stood second. Shri Kamlesh Bansod, Joint Secretary, Transport Department, was awarded the third position.
Deputy Secretary Award: These officers received honor in Deputy Secretary category
In the Deputy Secretary category, Mr. Doordeshi Ram Sontapar, Deputy Secretary, Forest and Climate Change Department, got the first position. Shri Kishore Kumar Bhuarya, Deputy Secretary of General Administration Department-1, got second place and Ritu Verma, Deputy Secretary of General Administration Department-6, got third place.
Under Secretary Performance: Honor for excellent work in Under Secretary category
Shri Arun Kumar Mishra, Under Secretary, Law and Legislative Affairs Department, was awarded the first position. Deputy Secretary of Home Department, Mr. Puran Lal Sahu stood second and Under Secretary of Commerce and Industry Department, Mr. Maganlal Pawar stood third.
Section Officer Excellence: Section officers showed excellent performance
In the Section Officer category, Shri Nandkumar Meshram, Section Officer of General Administration Department-4 and 1, got the first place. Section Officer of the Health Department, Mr. Virendra Kumar got the second position and Section Officer of the Forest and Climate Change Department, Mr. Bholenath Sarathi got the third position.
Secretariat assistants also got respect
Shri Durgesh Ratre of Medical Education Department was given first place in the Senior Secretariat Assistant category. Shri Ram Gopal Sen of Public Health Engineering Department stood second and Shri Kamlesh Yadu of School Education Department stood third. Shri Umesh Yadav of Urban Administration Department got the first position in the Junior Secretariat Assistant category. Mr. Bhanu Prasad of Electronics and Information Technology Department was awarded second place and Mr. Surendra Kumar of General Administration Department-2 was awarded third place.
Technical Section Award: Deepesh Kumar tops in Computer Operator category
Shri Deepesh Kumar was awarded the first position in Grade-1, Grade-2 and Grade-3 Computer Operator category of Technical Section (Secretariat).
Office Attendance Award: Employees who reached office on time also got honour.
The officers and employees who followed the office timings were also specially honored. These include Under Secretary of Urban Administration Department Mr. Anand Kumar Patel, Stenotypist Bhavana Yadav of Revenue Department, Junior Secretariat Assistant of Food and Civil Supplies Department Mr. Hari Prasad, Private Secretary of General Administration Department Mr. Harish Dewangan and Chief Accounts Officer Mr. Jayant Kumar Dewangan.
