Make palm-knot-seed ladoos
Talking about sweetness, like sugar, jaggery also has a good calorie and its glycemic index is almost the same. Talking about honey, sugar is found in most of the honey found in the market. In such a situation, dates are a great option of sweet. For this, you roast different nuts and seeds in desi ghee and then grind coarsely in a bowl. After this, remove the palm seeds and grind it in the grinder. Mix it in the prepared mixture and make laddus. Coconut laddus are also best
If you are diabetic, you can make coconut laddus. For this, cut nuts like pistachios, cashews, almonds, walnuts, and roast in a spoonful of desi ghee. Make melon and watermelon seeds also roast. Now cry a little bit of grated coconut. Add fresh mawa to all these things. You can make laddus or deposit barfi. Make roasted gram and musli laddus
Consumption of gram is beneficial for diabetic people. You can make this Rakshabandhan roasted gram laddus. For this, roasted gram, glue, and white musli will be needed. Along with this, desi ghee and cardamom powder will be needed. You can take some nuts if you want crunch. After this, first grind the roasted gram and grind it, that is, Sattu will be ready. Now fry the gum in ghee and then crush. Soak the musli in the water beforehand and then fry it after removing it. Now put gram powder in a pan and melt a little jaggery, that is, you have to keep sweet very little. Prepare laddus by mixing ground gram powder, gum, musli in it. If the mixture looks dry, then mix desi ghee and make laddus. These laddus also give strength to the body.
