But amidst all this, German fans in Kerala have also put up a picture of Adolf Hitler and crowned him. Many people were seen praising Hitler in the comments. However, this video has been removed from social media after criticism.
Meanwhile, Germany registered a spectacular win in their first match of Group E. The team defeated Curaçao, which was playing the World Cup for the first time, by a huge margin of 7-1. Felix Mesha started the scoring for Germany and Denis Undav scored the last goal in the 78th minute. However, after conceding the first goal in the 6th minute, Curaçao surprised Germany by scoring in the 21st minute. Livino Comanecia scored this goal for Curaçao.
