First of all, heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add mawa to it and fry it a little so that the fragrance starts. After this, mix coconut powder in it and also add cardamom powder. Add sugar powder in the last and then spread the mixture prepared in a plate by applying desi ghee to the thickness of the barfi. When it cools down and freezes, spread the chopped pistachios on it and press it slightly with a splash so that it sticks in the barfi. After this, cut the barfi into a favorite shape. Your coconut tasty barfi is ready. If the mixture starts releasing water after adding sugar, then you can add a little milk powder which will also increase the taste.
