According to the information, Ravi Shankar, a resident of Bhavnpur in Amheda village, attacked his wife Sapna (26) with a knife and attacked him with a blade. The accused asked the seven -month -old pregnant wife to close his eyes on the pretext of wearing a locket around the neck and then stabbed 20 stabs after strangling.

Due to this, the child in the womb also died. The accused himself called and informed the police. The police arrested and questioned the accused. CO Sadar Dehat Shivpratap Singh said that Sapna was married in January this year.

Dream was seven months pregnant

CO Sadar Dehat Shivpratap Singh told that Sapna had come to her sister’s house five days before her in -laws’ house. The accused has carried out the incident when the wife suspects. During interrogation, Ravi Shankar told that he told Sapna, stop your eyes, I have brought your locket, I will wear it around the neck with my hands. Sapna closed her eyes, I strangled her. However, the family is also alleging dowry murder.

Sapna used to live with sister

Munna, a resident of Amheda, said that she was married to Sapna’s elder sister Mamta, a resident of Jatav Gate of Lisadi Gate, about 20 years ago. Mother -in -law’s father -in -law died after marriage. After this, Mamta brought younger sister Sapna to her at the age of about five years.

Sapna and Ravi Shankar got married this year

Munna and Mamta had taught Sapna. He married Ravi Shankar of Kinanagar on 23 January this year. Ravi Shankar has a grocery store in the village itself. Five days ago, Sapna came to her house.

On Saturday morning, Ravi Shankar called his wife and asked him to come home. After this, Ravi Shankar came to his house at 11:30 in the morning. During this time Munna went to work and her children went to school. Mamta was doing some work outside the house.

Killed by taking him to the first floor

Meanwhile, the accused closed the main door of the house from inside and went to the first floor of the house with his wife. There, there was an argument about something in the couple. The accused stabbed the woman with a knife and blade.

This made the woman bled. Hearing the scream, his sister and nearby people ran on the spot. Due to the closure of the door, people could not go inside the house. But the crowd gathered there.

Police reached the call on the call and opened the door with a voice. By then Sapna had died. People tried to scramble with the accused. The police rescued the accused from the crowd and brought them to the police station.

SSP Dr. Vipin Tada said that the police have arrested the accused. He is being questioned. Action will be taken by registering a case of murder on the basis of Tahrir.
