Here two real brothers have been accused of raping their minor sister for more than a year. The matter came to light when the victim was raped again on September 18. During that time her fiance came to meet her. The victim told her fiance about the brothers’ actions, after which he gathered courage and advised her to lodge a complaint with the police.
The victim lodged a written complaint against both the brothers at Arwal police station. The police took immediate action and arrested both the accused. Medical examination of the victim is also being conducted. According to the police, the victim told that both the brothers also threatened to kill her.
The victim has also handed over the video of the rape to the police as evidence, which was made by a brother. This incident took place in Arwal police station area of Hardoi, which has created a sensation in the entire area. On this matter, CO Satendra Singh said, “On 23-9-2025, a victim of Arwal police station area had filed a complaint against two members of her own family alleging rape. On the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered under appropriate sections and both the accused have been immediately arrested. Further legal action is being taken.”
