This superhit film was directed by Koratala Siva. Artists like Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Richa Gangopadhyay and Satyaraj were seen in the film. The remake of this film was made in Kannada with the name ‘Manikya’, in Bengali with the name ‘Bindas’ and in Odia with the name ‘Vishwanath’. All three were superhit. John Abraham has reportedly taken the rights of the Hindi remake of this film, work on which may start soon.
