Don’t start the day with black coffee

Many people start the day with black coffee, but according to doctors, it acts like an acid shock for the stomach. This increases acid in the stomach and causes problems like gas, bloating and fatigue. If you have to drink coffee, drink it only after eating something.

Say no to spicy food early in the morning

Eating chole-bhature, misal pav, kachori or very spicy things in the morning is also harmful. According to the doctor, this increases swelling and irritation in the stomach. Doing this for a long time weakens the gut health and increases stomach diseases.
