To make Paneer Jalebi, you have to add cheese, flour, baking soda and water in a bowl and grind it. Then put this batter in a piping bag. After this, fry the jalebis in hot oil until they turn golden. In another pan, mix sugar, water and cardamom well. Then add food color to it and fry the jalebis for 10 minutes. Take out the jalebis in a plate and serve.
