Speaking on Jio Cinema, Watson said that it was exciting to see the Pant of the past back doing what he does best in the Indian Premier League.

“It took him about 20 odd balls to let go. When he started to penetrate the boundary, get it over the fence, that’s when he really started to let go. His incredible skill is so deeply ingrained in him because of all the balls that he has ever hit in his life just flowed out of him. What we are accustomed to see is the best of Rishabh Pant in the past and that for everyone in world and Indian cricket would be so excited to see,” Shane Watson said on Jio Cinema.

“It is a sight for sore eyes to hit those one handed sixes,” Watson concluded.
