necessary ingredients:
- Dried apricots – one kilogram (soaked)
- Apricot seeds – a few
- Sugar – one and a half cup
- Fresh cream – half cup
You can prepare it like this:
First of all, filter the soaked apricots, separate the water from it and heat it in a non-stick pan.
Now add apricots and sugar and cook for five minutes.
Now make puree of the mixture.
Now mix it with the remaining apricots in the pan.
Now add cream and apricot kernels to it and let it cool.
