The video of Pooja, a student of NIT Bhopal, is going viral on social media. Pooja says that the big and lush green campus may look beautiful from outside, but it is no less than a problem for the students studying there.
A big campus, greenery and trees all around, just open fields as far as the eye can see. Probably many people dream of studying at such a place. But the people who read here have a different opinion. Pooja, a student of NIT Bhopal, has shared a video on social media, in which she is telling that as wonderful as big campuses like IIT and NIT look from outside, they are also a big problem for the students living inside.
In the video, Pooja says, ‘Only those who study in IITs and NITs know that a big campus is not a boon but a curse. I study in NIT Bhopal, which is spread over more than 600 acres. Let me show you what’s inside it. After this Pooja shows the area around her hostel, which is completely surrounded by forest.
She further says, ‘This is my hostel and this entire area is just jungle. Just forest and nothing else. It takes 20 minutes to walk from hostel to class.
Pooja told that the girls’ hostel is still a little near the class, but the boys’ hostel is about half a kilometer away. Vehicles are also not allowed inside the campus. Pooja complains that walking for such a long time drains all her energy and she has to be scolded separately for reaching class late. She questions whether the campus cannot be made smaller by reducing this forest a little?
Many people have commented on this video of Pooja. Many old students have also admitted that big campuses look good from outside, but it is actually a difficult experience for those studying there.
