Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav held a meeting with the collectors of the state through video conferencing from the Chief Minister’s residence on June 13. In the meeting, a detailed discussion was held regarding the successful and systematic conduct of the NEET examination to be held on June 21. The Chief Minister directed the officials to ensure all necessary arrangements during the examination.
Special emphasis on traffic and security arrangements around the examination centers
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that special arrangements should be made to maintain smooth traffic system around the examination centers so that the candidates do not have to face any kind of problem. He directed the police administration to adopt a cooperative and positive attitude towards the students and their parents coming for the examination and to provide all possible help.
Administration will keep a close eye on social media rumors
In the meeting, the Chief Minister directed the district administration to continuously monitor social media platforms. He said that if any kind of rumor or misleading information spreads, the administration should immediately provide correct information to the people and clarify the situation. The Chief Minister also said that drinking water, seating arrangements and other necessary basic facilities should be provided at all the examination centers so that the candidates can get a better environment.
283 NEET exam centers set up in 30 districts
It was informed in the meeting that a total of 283 examination centers have been set up for NEET examination in 30 districts of the state. Of these, maximum 57 examination centers have been established in Indore district. The administration was instructed to complete the necessary arrangements on time for peaceful and transparent conduct of the examination.
Preparations for the proposed visit of President Draupadi Murmu also discussed
In the meeting, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav also gave necessary directions to the officials regarding the visit of President Draupadi Murmu to Madhya Pradesh. He said that all preparations should be completed in a timely and organized manner so that the tour can be completed successfully.
Achievements of districts will be documented, development book will be made
The Chief Minister said that a thorough review of the development works and public welfare schemes being conducted at the district level will be done. He informed that Collector-SP conference will also be organized in the month of July. The Chief Minister said that during his address at the district level programs organized on the occasion of Independence Day, August 15, the Minister in charge will give detailed information about the major achievements and development works of the district. Before this, the state level address of the Chief Minister will be broadcast in all the districts.
He directed that documentation of achievements related to development and public welfare schemes should be started immediately at the district level. On this basis, development book of each district will be prepared, so that a permanent record of development works will be available.
