Sadhvi Pragya: Former BJP MP Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur reached Bhopal after being acquitted in the Malegaon blast case, where supporters welcomed him strongly. He was honored with the slogans of Bharat Mata Ki Jai and with full garlands. On this occasion, he once again made a controversial statement, after which the political atmosphere was hot.
Sadhvi Pragya’s statement created a ruckus
During the interaction with the media, Sadhvi Pragya made controversial remarks about terrorism and Muslims. He said, “Who says that there is no color of terrorism? Terrorism is green. Terror is spread under the green flag.” He also said that “Muslims are terrorism, it is certain.” Along with this, he claimed that people were investigated and killed in Pahalgam by asking religion.
What did you say about the Malegaon case?
Sadhvi said about the Malegaon case that she was tortured mentally and physically for 17 years, but in the end the truth won. Taking a dig at the Congress, he said that the Congress always suppressed Hindus and falsely propagated “saffron terrorism”.
“Hindus can never be a terrorist”
Sadhvi Pragya insisted that “Hindus can never become a terrorist, because Hinduism talks about tolerance and Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.” Sadhvi Pragya targeted the Congress and especially senior leader Digvijay Singh, saying that the Congress has promoted the “heretical mindset” and conspired to humiliate Hindus. Now after this statement, there is resentment among Muslim organizations.

Sajid Rashidi told Sadhvi Pragya’s statement
Maulana Sajid Rashidi, president of All India Imam Association, described Sadhvi Pragya’s statement as full of Islamophobia. He said, “It is not only wrong to connect terrorism with any religion, but is going to break the society. If some people of other religions are caught spying for ISI, are they called a Hindu or saffron terrorist? No, because there is no religion of terrorism, they are just enemies of humanity.” The Congress has also reacted strongly to Sadhvi’s statement. Madhya Pradesh spokesperson Bhupendra Gupta of the party said, “Sadhvi’s statement is very unfortunate.
