Pakistan-Taliban Conflict Today: At least 7 Pakistani soldiers were killed and 13 others injured in a suicide attack near the Afghan border on Friday, October 17. According to Pakistani media reports, this attack was carried out by terrorists associated with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan. The attack took place on a Pakistani military camp in North Waziristan. Reuters quoted Pakistani officials as saying that a terrorist rammed a vehicle laden with explosives into the boundary wall of the camp.
