His relative’s son had got a job in a big MNC with a package of Rs 15 lakh. But instead of being happy with his son’s success, his father was pressurizing him to prepare for a government job.
The father believes that only a government job is a ‘real’ job. In fact, he had recently heard the news of layoffs in big companies like Adobe and Microsoft, after which he became afraid that there is no job security in the private sector.
