According to Agni Purana, worshiping in the west direction stops the flow of positive energy. Worshiping in this direction can cause obstacles in the works, lack of confidence and hindrance in spiritual progress. South-west direction
The south-west direction is called the south-west angle in Vastu, which is believed to be related to demons and negative forces. According to Vastu Shastra, worshiping in this direction reduces the effect of worship and increases the flow of negative energy. Worshiping in this direction can cause disturbance, economic loss, and health problems in the family. It is also forbidden to build a puja room in this direction. If the worship room is in this direction, then at the time of worship, make the mouth towards the northeast.
South-east direction
The south-east direction is called fire angle. This direction is related to the fire element and fire god. This direction is suitable for kitchen and energy functions, but is not considered good for worship. According to Vastu Shastra, worshiping in this direction can increase mental stress and anger. Worshiping in this direction can cause stress in relationships, unnecessary disputes, and interruptions in actions.
Worship by facing these directions
The north-east direction or Ishaan angle belongs to Lord Vishnu and Shiva. Worshiping in this direction leads to positive energy, prosperity and spiritual progress. At the same time, this direction provides energy and inspiration due to the East direction being of Sun God. North direction is suitable for wealth and prosperity due to the direction of Kubera and Lakshmi.
