Learn to make barfi in 1 minute from Vikas Khanna
Ingredients: 1 can condensed milk, 4 cups milk powder, optional- 1 cup desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, saffron
Method: Chef Vikas Khanna’s 1 minute barfi recipe is very simple. First of all, add condensed milk in the pan. Now add four cups of milk powder and mix well. When the milk powder and condensed milk mix well and dry slightly, then add one cup of dry coconut, some cardamom powder and saffron to it. Now freeze it in a butter grease tray and when it cools down, cut it with the help of a knife. Delicious barfi is ready in 1 minute. You can prepare sweets within just Rs 200.
Instant Moong Dal Halwa
Ingredients: 1 cup washed moong dal, desi ghee for frying, sugar as per taste, cashew nuts and almonds, 1 cup milk
Method: If you want to make instant moong dal halwa, you do not need to boil the dal. Wipe the lentils thoroughly and fry them in ghee. Now when this dal cools down, grind it in a mixer grinder. Also cut cashew nuts, almonds etc. into pieces and roast them lightly. Now stir the ground mixer in the pan for a while and mix some ghee and milk in it and add sugar as per taste. Stir till lightly cooked and then add roasted dry fruits. Instant moong dal halwa is ready. A plate of Moong Dal Halwa can be prepared within Rs 150.
No Sugar Milk Sweet
Ingredients: 2 liters milk, jaggery as per taste, half cup cashew powder, roasted sesame seeds and chopped pistachios.
Method: To make sugar-free sweets, first pour 1 liter milk in a pan and cook until it thickens. In the other gas, boil 1 liter milk and add vinegar and churn it. Now put the curdled milk in a muslin cloth, let the water drain and prepare Chhena. When the milk in the pan becomes thick, add jaggery powder to it and mix. When the water completely drains out from the chisel, then put it in the mixer grinder and mix it well. Then put it in the pan and mix. When jaggery, chhena and condensed milk mix well and the water dries, then you can add cashew powder to it. Now spread this paste in a tin greased with butter and apply roasted pistachios and sesame seeds on top and cut the sweet with the help of a knife. You can buy milk, jaggery and cashew nuts for just Rs 200 to 250.

Make instant Kalakand in 10 minutes
Ingredients: 400 grams Malai Paneer, half teaspoon ghee, 400 grams sweetened condensed milk, half teaspoon cardamom powder, pistachios for decoration (optional), dried rose petals for decoration
Method: You can make delicious Kalakand at home within 10 minutes. It will not take you much time for this and delicious sweets can be prepared at home with just 2 to 3 ingredients. First of all scramble the cream cheese. Now roast it for some time in the pan with one spoon ghee. After this add condensed milk to it and stir. Now cook for 5 to 6 minutes until it becomes dry. Then mix cardamom powder and spread it in a greased tray. You can decorate dried rose petals and pistachios on top. Although Kalakand may be a little expensive, you can easily prepare 6 pieces within Rs.200.
