Vande Bharat 4.0
India is now preparing to take its railway technology to the next level. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav announced on Wednesday that Vande Bharat 4.0 train will now be developed in the country, which will be the next version of India’s semi-high speed trains. The new train will be designed in such a way that it not only meets the domestic needs but is also suitable for export to other countries. This step can prove to be a major change in the direction of making India a global center of modern rail technology.
Ashwini Vaishnav said that the government’s aim is to make India a rail export hub, where indigenous capabilities in the field of train manufacturing, designing and engineering should be developed. Vande Bharat 4.0 is a strong step taken in this direction. This will also further strengthen India’s Make in India policy.
Vande Bharat 4.0 will run at a speed of 350 km per hour
The Railway Minister also said that India is now working on a plan to prepare a high-speed passenger train corridor. This corridor will be like Japan’s bullet train network, where the speed of trains will be able to reach 350 kilometers per hour. Such corridors will connect the major cities of the country with fast, safe and comfortable travel. This will not only save time, but can also bring a revolution in India’s transport sector.
Vande Bharat 4.0 train will have special facilities
Vande Bharat 4.0 train will be made with the most advanced technology ever. In this, special attention will be paid to the convenience and safety of passengers. The new train sets are likely to have better aerodynamic design, lower noise, modern suspension systems, better energy efficiency and more comfortable seats for passengers. Besides, state-of-the-art braking system and smart monitoring technology will also be included in it.
India has already launched three previous versions of Vande Bharat Express, which are being operated on many routes in the country. These trains have made the image of Indian Railways modern and hi-tech. Now with the arrival of Vande Bharat 4.0, this technology will advance even further and India will be able to create a new identity in railway construction at the international level.
The government believes that when these high-speed corridors and new trains are started in the coming years, India will not only provide fast and comfortable travel experience to its passengers, but the demand for Indian railway technology will also increase in foreign markets.
