What happens to the body by eating fake cheese?
If starch or detergent has been adulterated in paneer, then problems like skin allergy may occur. Due to starch, weight gain, diabetes and heart health can be harmed. At the same time, use of detergent can damage our organs like kidneys and liver. If you eat cheese containing chemicals like urea or carci soda, the risk of cancer increases. However, if you have eaten only 1-2 servings of fake cheese then it will not harm the body. But if cheese is consumed for a long time, it can cause harm to the body.

How to identify fake cheese?
Texture test- Take a piece of cheese in your hand and press it lightly. If the paneer feels very hard or rubbery then it could be fake paneer. Because real cheese is soft.
Taste it and see- You can also identify real and fake cheese by testing it. If the taste of cheese tastes sour, too chewy or soapy, then it may be adulterated.
Water immersion test- If starch or synthetic has been adulterated in paneer, then you can identify it by doing water immersion test. Take hot water in a glass and add a piece of cheese in it. If the cheese dissolves in water or white foam comes out, then understand that the cheese is fake.
