The Championship is being organised by the Badminton Association of J&K in collaboration with the J&K Sports Council. Competitions will be held in Men’s and Women’s Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles events.
The last date for submission of entries is December 6 by 8 pm. Matches will be played under the recently introduced best-of-three games format, with 15 points in each game.
The J&K team for the Senior National Badminton Championships, scheduled to be held in Bhubaneswar in December, will be selected mainly on the basis of players’ performances in the UT Championship.
