Ingredients – Semolina, salt, black pepper powder, curd, oil, mustard seeds, cumin, green chilli, chopped onion, ginger, garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, boiled potatoes, coriander, oil, mustard seeds, dry red chilli, dry coconut, curry leaves, chaat masala and chopped coriander. You can use all these ingredients as per your need.

Recipe – To make this, first of all place a pan on the gas and heat oil in it. Add asafoetida, finely chopped green chillies, ginger and curry leaves and mix well. Now add some water into it. Now add salt, chilli flakes and semolina in it. Mix it well and make a soft paste and keep it covered for 2 to 3 minutes. Now when it cools down a bit, knead it lightly and make small balls. Now steam it for 15 minutes.

Now heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida, cumin, mustard seeds, finely chopped green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and sesame seeds and mix well. Now add grated coconut and whole red chilli and mix. Now add red chilli, sambar masala and water to it. Mix it. Now add semolina balls into it and mix. Add coriander leaves on top and serve with this chutney.

Make cookies from dough

Put ghee and sugar in a pan. Beat well until it swells. Now add flour, gram flour, semolina, a pinch of baking powder, a pinch of baking soda and chopped dry fruits. Mix the mixture gently and knead its dough. Now make its balls and bake in air fryer at 170°C for 20 minutes. The flour cookies are ready.
