root vegetable
Sweet potato, taro, potato etc. are counted among tuber root foods. These things are virtuous. After consuming these, worship can be done.
Fruit
Fruits are considered naturally satvik and sacred. After consuming fruits, worship can be done even without taking bath.
medicine
If a person is ill, he can take medicines and perform puja. Medicines are considered religious in the scriptures.
paan
Betel leaf is considered very pure in Hindu religion. It is also used in worship. Even after consuming it, worship can be done.
Sugarcane
Sugarcane is considered natural and satvik food. There is no restriction on performing puja even after consuming it.
