Irctc Scam: Hearing in the IRCTC scam case has been completed in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. RJD supremo has framed charges against former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi and Bihar Assembly Leader of Opposition Rabri Devi.
Rouse Avenue Court: Monday was clearly an important day for Bihar and especially for Lalu Prasad Yadav family. Because the special CBI court of Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court gave its verdict regarding the IRCTC scam. In which formal charges have been framed against Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi and Tejashwi Yadav. First question: The court asked Lalu – Do you accept the charges?
Judge Vishal Gogane told Lalu Yadav that whatever charges have been framed against him, do you consider the charges true or plead guilty? Responding to all the things, Lalu said – all the allegations against him are wrong.

Second question- The judge asked Lalu whether he pleads guilty? Or will he face trial?
The answer to the court’s second question also remained the same as the answer given to the first. Without saying much, he just said that he considers all the allegations against him to be wrong.
The court asked Rabri Devi a question – What do you have to say about the allegations against you?
Rabri Devi also did not say much on the question of Rouse Avenue Court, she just said that I am not involved in any kind of conspiracy or fraud.
When the court asked Tejashwi Yadav, do you accept the charges?
Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly and former Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav simply said that all the allegations against him are wrong.
Know what the court said in the end?
In the end the court said that this is a case of corruption. Lalu Prasad Yadav misused his position to influence the tender and eligibility conditions. People were given jobs on wrong terms. In which a total of 14 accused are involved. Everyone will be prosecuted under Section 420.
