How to clean wooden utensils?
It is easy to clean the wooden utensils present in the kitchen. This will not require much effort, you can clean them easily in just two steps.
First of all, soak all the wooden utensils in hot water for 20-30 minutes. When they become completely wet, take them out and wipe them with a dry cloth. By doing this, the oil, spices and dirt in the vessel gets removed.
Apply mustard oil when the utensils become dry. According to Master Chef Pankaj Bhadauria, mustard oil has anti-bacterial properties so it keeps it safe from bacteria. You can do this every 4-5 days.

How to clean a wooden chopping board?
If you have a wooden chopping board for cutting vegetables along with utensils, then there is no need to use soap to clean it. Instead, slightly wet the chopping board. Sprinkle lightly salt and a little baking soda on top. Now add lemon juice and scrub with the same peel. After rubbing for 5 minutes, clean it with lukewarm water. Leave to dry for 3-4 hours. Finally apply a little mustard oil and use it again.
