Bengaluru: A post by famous writer Bhavna Arora is going viral on social media. In this, he has praised CISF i.e. Central Industrial Security Force at Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru. What happened was that his mobile phone was lost at the airport, after which people are appreciating the promptness with which CISF acted.
Bhavna told that as soon as she came to know at the airport that her phone was missing, she got scared. He contacted the CISF personnel deployed there for help. She wrote in her post, “I lost my phone at Bengaluru airport and panicked. I just contacted the @CISFHQrs on duty there. Wow! These people are so efficient. Within just 15 minutes my phone was back in my pocket.” He thanked the CISF staff for their immediate help.
Bhavna further wrote, “This tweet is for all those people whose luggage gets lost at the airport. Don’t panic. Just go to any CISF personnel on duty and they will help you fully.”
A reply also came from the official account of Airport Sector CISF on his viral post. In response he was thanked for his praise. The reply read, “We are happy that we could help you locate your luggage immediately. Your appreciation motivates us to continue working with full dedication and honesty.”
