Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh made a surprise visit to the iconic Taj Mahal on Tuesday, delighting fans and adding a touch of glamour to the historic monument.
The visit comes just ahead of his much-anticipated ‘Aura India Tour’.
Dosanjh shared a video capturing moments from his trip to the architectural wonder, showing him posing at various spots and warmly waving to admirers. True to his signature style, he sported a quirky grey T-shirt, a red jacket, baggy blue jeans, and his distinctive white turban, exuding effortless cool as he explored the Taj.
His social media post, ‘WAH TAJ BOLIYE #wondersoftheworld AURA INDIA TOUR 2026’, quickly went viral. This visit precedes his concert in Delhi on October 30, which recently faced temporary hurdles. Initially, reports suggested the Delhi Police had denied permission citing security concerns and the festive season.
However, after detailed discussions and revised security plans submitted by organizers BookMyShow Live, the Delhi Police granted permission for the concert at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. BookMyShow clarified that permission was temporarily withheld, not cancelled, and assured full compliance with all safety and traffic requirements.
Following the Delhi show, the ‘Aura India Tour’ is set to travel to Indore, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Lucknow. Details for a Chandigarh show are expected to be announced soon, promising an extensive tour for his eager fanbase.
