The Uttar Pradesh Pickleball Association is all set to host the UP State Selection Trials, a key event on the Road to IPA Nationals 2025, at Pickle Play, Sector 121, Noida, on October 11-12. The two-day championship will feature over 70 players from across the state, competing for a chance to represent Uttar Pradesh at the upcoming national-level tournament organized by the Indian Pickleball Association (IPA).
The event will see intense competition across multiple age categories, ranging from junior boys to senior men’s and women’s divisions, reflecting the growing popularity of pickleball across Uttar Pradesh.
Some of the notable players taking part include Santosh Bhagat, Vibha Chaudhary, Jyoti Kandharo, and Satyakam Goswami, all of whom are expected to make strong bids for national selection.
The tournament will be conducted under the patronage of the Uttar Pradesh Pickleball Association, ensuring fair play and adherence to IPA guidelines. With a mix of emerging youngsters and experienced players, the championship promises two days of thrilling rallies and competitive matchups.
