Varinder’s manager Yadvinder Singh told that after shoulder pain, the actor himself had gone to a private hospital in Amritsar for treatment. After this, PTI reported, his nephew Amanjot Singh Ghuman told the media in Jalandhar that he suffered a heart attack in the hospital in the evening. Varinder was a professional bodybuilder and actor. Ghuman won the title of Mr. India in 2009 and was ranked second in Mr. Asia.
