If through the media she came to know about something that might have hurt her, then I regret it.”
Azam Khan further said that he can meet Mayawati whenever he wants and he never said anything about her that would hurt her sentiments. This statement has come at a time when Mayawati had made it clear in the Maharally without taking name that she has no knowledge of any news of Azam Khan joining BSP.

But as soon as it goes to power, it remembers everything.” He alleged that Akhilesh Yadav insulted Kanshi Ram’s contribution by changing the names of districts and institutions named after him.
Praise for Yogi government, direct attack on Akhilesh
Taking aim at the reign of Akhilesh Yadav, Mayawati said that the SP government neglected the monuments and sites related to the Bahujan movement. At the same time, he praised Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and said that the present government has done a better job for the maintenance of monuments and proper conduct of programs.
