Danger for more salt and sugar health
Dr. Gunjan also told important things about eating and drinking habits. He said that in today’s time, taking excess salt and sugar is not less than any poison for health. If sugar and salt are taken in limited quantity then there is no harm. Especially salt cannot be completely released because the taste deteriorates but its quantity should be less than 5 grams daily.
Regarding sugar, he told that this is not an old thing but a new invention. There are many more natural options for sweetness. Carbohydrate foods also provide sugar to the body, so there is no need for additional sugar.
Dr. Gunjan says that balanced diet, good sleep and regular exercise are very important for a healthy life. He explained by giving an easy example, as the amount of money he puts in the bank, if he withdraws, then the balance remains. In the same way, if you do not spend as many calories you eat in the body, then it will be deposited as a calorie fat.
