Note the ingredients
500 grams blackberries, 2 dragon fruits, 1 tablespoon sugar-free sweetener, 3 tablespoons chia seeds, juice of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon agar-agar.
How to make gummies
- First of all, wash all the blackberries thoroughly and then take out their seeds.
- Similarly, you have to peel the dragon fruit and cut it into small pieces.
- Now put jamun pulp and dragon fruit in the blender and blend it well until it becomes smooth.
- Transfer the blended jamun and dragon fruit mixture to a pan and turn on the gas.
- Add sugar-free sweetener along with chia seeds, lemon juice and agar-agar.

- Cook this mixture on low to medium flame for 5-7 minutes while stirring continuously.
- When this mixture becomes a little thick and the agar-agar dissolves completely, turn off the gas flame.
- Now put this prepared mixture in a silicone gummy mold or a tray and spread it a little thickly.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until it sets completely and then remove it from the mold and enjoy.
Jamun-Dragon Fruit Nutrients
According to the US Department of Agriculture, 100 grams of dragon fruit contains 3.1 grams of fiber. This fruit is also a source of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, vitamin C and folate. Talking about 100 grams of blackberries, according to Health Line, about 10 percent of the daily requirement of Vitamin C, 1.6 percent Vitamin A and 4.7 percent Vitamin K is found in it.
