TVS Motor fuels global ambitions with Norton relaunch and new products

New Delhi: TVS Motor is preparing for a transformation in FY26, with a strategic focus on global expansion, premium product launches, and sustainable mobility. The company will be bringing the British brand Norton to the UK, India and selected European markets in the third quarter of the FY26. There are four new models slated for launch, with deliveries expected to start in the summer of 2026. 

The upcoming Norton lineup will be showing the TVS’s philosophy of ‘Design, Dynamism and Detail’, which is targeting the brand as a premium segment to the global markets. Further, TVS will be going for an adventure tourer segment in the country and even launch electric bicycles made in India in the year.

Sudarshan Venu, Managing Director of TVS Motor Company that the two and three-wheeler demand will increase in the favourable macroeconomic trends, which include lower repo rates, tax relief and infrastructure-led consumption. He concluded that with a vast portfolio, the company would be pouncing on the opportunity. 

Chairman Ralf Speth felt that Norton’s launch would mark a big “milestone” in the company’s walk towards the global market. He noted that the international workforce and Indian expertise will be key to delivering appropriate mobility solutions. 

TVS also has a huge export potential in FY26 export opportunity in FY26, with export opportunities expected in the Middle East, ASEAN, Latin America and even in Africa. Despite the geopolitical challenges, the company does have enough to sustain itself through its growth.
