Tej pratap yadav: There has been a stir in Bihar politics once again. RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav’s elder son and former minister Tej Pratap Yadav has openly challenged Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and claimed that “This time uncle (Nitish Kumar) will not become the Chief Minister.” Earlier, Prashant Kishore also claimed that this time Nitish Kumar will not become the Chief Minister again.

Tej Pratap said in a conversation with the media, “It is so clear that this time uncle will not become CM again.” He said, “Team Tej Pratap Yadav” is a platform from which they are directly connecting with the public. They said, “Whatever party will talk about youth, employment, education and health, I will stand with them. The party, which talks on these issues, will form the government this time.”

Tej Pratap Yadav expressed confidence that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will not be able to save his post after the assembly elections. However, he did not clarify whether he would support the RJD-Congress alliance trying to return to power. He clearly stated that he would support him who will talk about youth, employment, education and health.

He also called CM Nitish Kumar’s 125 units free power promises and said that he said that No one has received free electricity so far, only announced.

Tej Pratap was expelled from the party on 25 May 2025 for six years. His “irresponsible behavior” and “ignoring moral values” were cited as the reason behind this decision. Tej Pratap claimed a relationship with a woman named Anushka Yadav on social media, which he later described as “hacking”.

Tej Pratap also alleged that there is a conspiracy to create a rift between him and Tejashwi Yadav. Referring to the characters of Mahabharata, he wrote, “Those who are dreaming of separating Krishna and Arjuna will never succeed.”
