AI-based UPI help
This is an AI based system which has been designed for problems and mandate management of UPI transactions. The RBI team has developed it itself. Right now it is only in English, but soon it will be brought in Hindi and other Indian languages also. With its help you can check the status of your transaction, lodge a complaint or view its status. This system guides you step-by-step on what to do next. With this, banks will also be able to resolve complaints quickly, which will save time for you and the bank.
IoT Payments
Now there is no need to take out the phone for filling petrol or charging EV. With IoT payments i.e. Internet of Things, you can make direct payments from your connected car, smart watch, smart glasses or smart TV. This is a completely smooth and hassle-free payment system. This feature is a big step for future smart payments.
banking connect
Banking Connect is a new feature created by NPCI Bharat BillPay Limited (NBBL). Its purpose is to make it easier for users by connecting internet and mobile banking. This is part of RBI’s ‘Payments Vision 2025’, whose target is – ‘e-payments for everyone, everywhere, all the time.’ With its help, settlement and problem solving between banks, payment aggregators and merchants will become easier and faster. Users will also get easy features like making payment by scanning QR code and Pay via App.
UPI Reserve Pay
UPI Reserve Pay is best for people who make frequent online payments, like e-commerce shopping, food orders or cab bookings. Now there is no need to enter card details or OTP every time. This feature provides a smooth and secure UPI experience on all major apps and platforms. Users can check their blocked and used credit in one place, whether on any merchant app or UPI app. This makes complete control and tracking of payments easier. These four RBI initiatives are taking India’s digital payment system to the next level, where every payment will be easy, fast and secure.
