Ayodhya News: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman reached Ayodhya on Wednesday. Where she attended the grand aarti with CM Yogi Adityanath. While floating the lamps in the water, he wished for purification of mind and blessings.
Uttar Pradesh News: The scene of a grand aarti was being witnessed on the sacred banks of Saryu in Ayodhya, when Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman participated in it with devotion. At the time of sunset, when the lights twinkled in the rows of lamps on the ghat and the aarti of Maa Saryu started in the dim shimmering light on the water, the whole atmosphere became devotional. Nirmala Sitharaman participated in the aarti with folded hands and experienced devotion and peace amidst the sound of conch shells and ghunghrus blowing on the shore in the light of lamps.

A grand view of lamps seen in the waters of Saryu
He operated the lamps by holding the plate in his hand and while floating the lamps in the holy water of Saryu like Ganga, he prayed for the purification and blessings of the mind. During the Aarti, the devotees present at the ghat also participated in chanting mantras and bhajan-kirtan, which created a divine and spiritual atmosphere on the banks of Saryu. During this, Sitharaman’s parents were also present, which made this moment even more emotional.

Nirmala Sitharaman said on this occasion that Ayodhya is a source of inspiration for the whole of India not only from the religious point of view, but also from the cultural and spiritual point of view. His presence made this holy event of Aarti even more glorious. The eyes of every devotee were on Nirmala Sitharaman, when she performed the aarti of Maa Saryu with full devotion and gave the message of simplicity and devotion among the people present at the ghat.
