To make this toothpaste you need-
- Fennel- 2 teaspoons
- Neem – a handful
- Cloves – 5 cloves
- Baking soda – half teaspoon
- Dry toothpaste – 5 teaspoons
- Mulethi powder- 2 teaspoons
- Dry ginger – 1 pinch
- Alum – 2 pinches
To make Manjan, first of all add Neem leaves, 2 tablespoons of fennel and 5 cloves and mix everything well and prepare a paste. Now take out this powder in a vessel. Now add any dry toothpaste to this powder. Along with this, add liquorice powder, dry ginger and alum and mix everything well. Your toothpaste has to be prepared.

You have to use this toothpaste every night before sleeping. For this, take this toothpaste in your hand and then apply it on the toothbrush and clean your teeth.
