According to Drik Panchang, Ekadashi of Krishna Paksha of Adhik month is celebrated as Parama. Ekadashi It is said. This Ekadashi is considered more fruitful than other Ekadashis, because it is related to Purushottam month i.e. Adhik month. It is said in religious texts that by worshiping Lord Vishnu, fasting and doing charity on this day, the sins of many births are destroyed and the person attains special virtues. It is believed that fasting on Parma Ekadashi is considered especially beneficial for people suffering from financial problems, mental stress and family difficulties. The devotees who observe the fast with devotion remain blessed by Lord Vishnu and positive changes come in their lives.

- Time of Paran: It will be from 5:23 am to 8:10 am on June 12, 2026.
Nirjala Ekadashi is considered to be the biggest Ekadashi of the year.
The second big Ekadashi coming in the month of June is Nirjala Ekadashi, whose fast will be observed on 25 June 2026. It is considered the most important among all Ekadashis. It is described in the scriptures that those who are not able to fast on 24 Ekadashis of the whole year, they can attain the virtuous results equal to all the Ekadashis by observing the fast on only Nirjala Ekadashi. The fast of Nirjala Ekadashi is considered very difficult because on this day devotees keep fast without consuming food and water. For this reason it is called Nirjala Ekadashi. There is a religious belief that due to the effect of this fast, one receives special blessings of Lord Vishnu.

How to worship Ekadashi?
On the day of Ekadashi, take bath in the morning and wear clean clothes. After this, light a lamp in front of the idol or picture of Lord Vishnu and offer yellow flowers, basil leaves and fruits to him. Take a vow to fast with devotion and remember the name of God throughout the day. Reciting Vishnu Sahasranama, Geeta or other religious texts in the evening is also considered auspicious. Next day, on Dwadashi Tithi, Parana is performed after worshiping as per rituals. Before Parana, donating to Brahmins, the needy or for cow service is also considered virtuous.
