A delegation of space scientists under the leadership of M. Desai presented courtesy. During the meeting, there was a detailed discussion on the use of ISRO’s technology to increase the participation of Chhattisgarh in ISRO’s visit between Chief Minister Sai and scientists, create new opportunities for the youth of the state, to bring transparency and proficiency in the functioning of the government and the activities run by ISRO for the students of school -college.
CM Sai praised ISRO’s achievements
Chief Minister Shri Sai appreciated the achievements of ISRO and said that the heights that India have received in the field of space science is a matter of pride for every Indian. He said that the Chhattisgarh government is encouraging innovation and technical education, so that the youth of the state can take interest in the space operations of the country by taking interest in space science. He also said that ISRO’s technology can be used effectively in works such as agriculture, mining control, monitoring of land enlightenment and identification of illegal activities during paddy procurement.
Space gallery will be established in the state
On this occasion, Dr. N., Director of ISRO Ahmedabad Center. M. Desai informed the Chief Minister about various projects run by ISRO. He informed that ISRO is running several innovative programs to connect the youth with space science, which will also be expanded in Chhattisgarh. During this period, there was a positive discussion about the establishment of a ‘space gallery’ in the state.
Dr. Desai invited Chief Minister Shri Sai to visit the ISRO Ahmedabad Center and presented him as a memory of the recently launched satellites and mission Chandrayaan as a memory.
ISRO scientist overwhelmed by seeing a picture of Lord Madheshwar
During the meeting held at the Chief Minister’s residence, when the eyes of ISRO scientists caught sight of Lord Madheshwar, they were overwhelmed to see him. Curiously, he received information about this from Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai. The Chief Minister said that the Madheshwar mountain is located in Jashpur district, where Lord Shiva is worshiped in the form of huge natural Shivling. Locals worship this form of Lord Shiva with great reverence and devotion. He said that this place is not only the center of religious faith, but also a symbol of the rich natural and cultural heritage of Chhattisgarh. Chief Minister Shri Sai presented photographs of Lord Madheshwar to all scientists.
