Krishna Shroff, a daughter of Jackie Shroff, has been riding high on success after her appearances in several reality shows. She was last seen in Chhoriyan Chali Gaon and emerged as the first runner-up of the Rannvijay Singha-hosted show.
Krishna is very close to her dad and she never misses any chance to shower praises on him. In an exclusive interaction with Zoom, Krishna Shroff recalled how Jackie installed a webcam back in the 90s to look after her and Tiger Shroff.
Krishna Shroff talks about father
During a candid chat with us, Krishna Shroff revealed that her father would shoot in Hyderabad and look after them virtually. She said, “My father was one of the first people to have a webcam in India back in the 90s. He would see my brother on webcam every day during the shoot.”
During Chhoriyan Chali Gaon, Krishna Shroff’s mother and father had appeared on the show to meet her. It was quite an emotional moment for her. When asked about teaching her mother to drive a tractor, Krishna said, “I taught my mother to drive the tractor. It was an emotional moment for me. Her grandmother used to have a tractor in Belgium.”
While speaking about her finale task, Krishna Shroff said, “The finale task was very tough, as it was an election campaign. My symbol was the Banayan tree, as it has strong roots. Every day was a challenge. I was so far from the outside world. I got one thing from my father: I easily get adapted to situations.”
While speaking about a valuable lesson she learnt during Chhoriyan Chali Gaon, Jackie Shroff’s daughter, Krishna Shroff, stated, “I learnt to value simple things in life and not take anything for granted. I was so happy without gadgets and my smartphone.”
