Sunita, about 60, had taken the girl from her mother, but the innocent has been working on a chicken hawker with the house for the last three years. Along with working on the street, she is suffering from physical abuse from Sunita’s servant and brother.
The police took action and raced the innocent and presented it to the DWC, it was found that due to an intoxication, the father left the innocent with his wife and the mother denied Mamta and sent her with Sunita. Widow Sunita also crushed Mamta and made her home work done by innocent and then let her become a victim of servant and brother’s lust.
Ashiana sent innocent after race
The 12-year-old girl has been sent to Ashiana located at the Child Care Institution (CCI) Sect-15 of the Chandigarh administration after the police rescue the innocent and after the statement made by the CWC.
After reaching Ashiana, the innocent is happy because now he has neither to do household work nor suffering from physical abuse.

In a statement to CDWC, the 12 -year -old girl told that Sunita’s middle -aged brother used to show her porn video over the phone and tease her genitals. Many times he used to do the wrongdoing with him, which caused him a lot of pain.
At the same time, the servant working in the house used to take him in different corners of the house and touched his body from place to place and sometimes mopped in the house and sometimes got the work done to clean the utensils.
Never school: Gurpreet Kaur
According to Child Welfare Committee Chairerson Gurpreet Kaur, the innocent was never sent to school. The mother vaccinated herself from the syringe in the house and suffers a lot.
Sunita, who lives in Chandigarh, told her mother that she would teach her and make a good person. For three years, Sunita never sent her to school nor allowed her to rest.
