Morning Flu Syndrome: Many people suddenly start having problems with cough, sneezing and nose as soon as they wake up in the morning. These symptoms become light as the day increases, but every morning starts with this problem. This condition is usually called morning flu syndrome, in which symptoms like flu appear in the morning. The morning cold affects the nose and throat quickly, causing sneezing and cough. In such a situation, it is possible to prevent it only by identifying the right reason.
In the morning flu syndrome, not only cough and sneezing, some more symptoms are also usually seen. Many people feel sore throat, light headache or heaviness in the head as soon as they wake up in the morning. Nasal closure or flowing like water is also a major signal, which is especially related to allergies or sinus problems. In some cases, eye irritation, water or itching is also seen. It is also possible to feel mild fatigue or lethargy in the body, because after overnight sleep, the immune system suddenly reacts with cold air or dust. These symptoms are mostly sharp in the early times of the morning and gradually decrease during the day.

In such a situation, it is necessary to get a doctor tested so that the real reason can be treated.
How to rescue
Clean the room and bed regularly, so that dust and allergies do not accumulate.
Keep room temperature not very cold at night nor too hot.
As soon as you wake up in the morning, do not open the windows suddenly, let the air slow down.
If there is a problem of allergies, use air purifiers or masks.
Drink water and gargle with lukewarm water, it keeps the throat clean.
