Rudraksha is considered to be the blessings of Lord Shiva. Rudraksha is not just an ornament, but it is called the sacred tool of Shiva grace and spiritual journey. By following these guidelines to wear it, you can increase the spiritual power of Rudraksha, bring balance, peace and divine energy to your life.
The nature of Rudraksha is considered warm. This is why some people are unable to wear it. In such a situation, you can keep it in your worship room and also chant it with its garland. If you are going to wear it for the first time, then keep these things in mind.
Preparation before wearing Rudraksha
Soak it in ghee for 24 hours before wearing Rudraksha.
After ghee, soak Rudraksha in cow’s milk.
Wash Rudraksha with Ganga water and then wipe them with a clean cloth.
Use cotton or silk thread to thread it.
You can also use gold, silver wires.
Now take Rudraksha in your hand and charge it with chanting Shiva mantras 108 times.
Number of Rudraksha
You can wear 108 beads of Rudraksha and a guru bead bead.
Or you can wear it in the number of 27 or 54.
Rudraksha wearing time
The best time to wear Rudraksha is in Brahma Muhurta in the morning.
Wear it on an auspicious day, Monday or Thursday.
Rules for wearing Rudraksha
Respect Rudraksha.
Take it off before going to the toilet.
You can remove it before bedtime.
Wearing Rudraksha Mantra and Rudraksha original mantra every morning and chant before removing at night.
After wearing it, avoid eating non-vegetarian food and consuming alcohol.
Rudraksha is not worn in the last rites, or Sutak-Patak.
