LDA has launched two major residential schemes in Lucknow- Atal Nagar (Devpur Para) and Sardar Patel (Dalibagh). Flat starting from only 9.82 lakhs, online registration till 3 November. A golden opportunity to get a house with modern facilities at affordable rates.
Along with the festive season, there has been good news for millions of families of the capital Lucknow. The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced the low income and middle income group for low income and middle income class while announcing two much awaited residential schemes- Atal Nagar Residential Scheme (Devpur Para) and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Residential Scheme (Dalbagh). The online application process will be open from 4 October to 3 November 2025 and the allocation will be from the transparent online lottery system.
House for 10.70 Lakh in Dalibagh: Sardar Patel Residential Scheme
A total of 72 flats have been built for the economically weaker section (EWS) under this scheme developed in the Dalibagh region, which starts at Rs 10.70 lakhs. The project is built on the land which was earlier under the illegal occupation of mafia Mukhtar Ansari, which the administration took action and freed. Now LDA has built modern and safe housing in three blocks on this land.
The area of each flat is 36.65 square meters, which has a complete system of clean water, electricity, parking, and security. From the point of place, this scheme is very attractive – it is located on 20 meters wide road, allowing 1090 intersections, Hazratganj and main areas such as Narhi in minutes.

Atal Nagar Residential Scheme in Devpur Para: Flat from 9.82 lakhs
The Atal Nagar scheme launched in Devpur Para has been created for LIG and MIG category. A total of 15 tall buildings (12 to 19 storey towers) are being built in this project, including 1bhk and 2bhk flats.
- 1,832 flats 1 Babhk (30 square meters)
- 664 flat 2 bhk (54.95 square meters)
The price of these flats starts at Rs 9.82 lakhs. In the scheme, modern facilities such as lift, power backup, green zone, children’s play parks and proper hygiene system are being provided.
Transparent online process and lottery system
LDA Vice President Prathamesh Kumar said that the entire process of registration will be digital. The application can be made through the LDA website.
- At the time of application, 5% of the total value will have to be paid.
- The fee for reserved category is only 2.5%.
- The allocation of eligible applicants will be done from the lottery system.
Public interest project from mafia land
The land of Dalibagh, which was once in the mafia occupation, has now become the center of housing for the general public. This change is an example of the government’s policy in which public interest schemes are being implemented by removing illegal occupations. According to the LDA engineering team, both projects are being made with earthquake technology. Every building will have a modern system of fire safety system, ventilation, green zone and sewage management.
LDA Vice President Prathamesh Kumar said that “This is a major initiative towards providing cheap, safe and modern housing to the low income and middle -income people in the capital. Transparency and quality in both schemes is our priority.”
Relief gift amid rising prices
While property prices in Lucknow are continuously increasing, thousands of families will get cheaper houses from these schemes. This initiative of LDA will give a new direction to the urban residential structure of the capital and the years old dream of middle class families will now bring closer to the truth.
